PH Saya supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay-connected banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

In no event shall PH Saya's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH Saya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact PH Saya's support team to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. PH Saya will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
